Here are 5 things we all can do.
1. Carve out 30mins of your time everyday to take care of Yourself
2. Carve out 30 mins of your time everyday to cook fresh home-made meals
3. Introspect and learn to change your thought pattern (wrong thoughts are the seeds that
manifest later into physical form of dis-ease)
4. Practice at least 30 mins of asanas daily specific to your body type (dosha) to get rid of bad samsakaras and re-wire your brain grooves
5. Learn to be a conscious listener by daily practice of meditation
