Ayurveda is a blessed gift to humanity. Akee calls Ayurveda as the "reference manual for life"! Ayurveda gives us the scientific way of eating and living right in accordance to our doshas (body constitution) and in tune with the seasons.

We change our wardrobes according to the changing seasons it is equally  important to change our diets to the changing seasons says Ayurveda. When we don't change our diets and daily routine to the changing season - imbalance of doshas starts to occur in our body and mind. This in turn leads to physical manifestation of disease in the long run!
