Ancient Ayurveda text defines woman as - A woman is a man with a womb! This womb called as garbhain Sanskrit is a reservoir of Cosmic Intelligence. This garbha is not meant for just pro-creation but is a sacred seat of creation residing in the Svadhishtana (sacral)chakra to co-create with the Divine Intelligence.

Classical Ayurveda tells healthy menstrual cycle begins during the full moon when woman have full access to uninterrupted soma (moon energy).
