Raj Sheelvant has more than 20 years of personal practice in both meditation and yoga. He is a Software Engineer with a MBA degree. He currently works for a Fortune 50 company.  Being both analytical and skeptical, Raj methodically tests ancient yoga teachings in his own laboratory of life, and corroborates his learning with modern scientific findings. He is very passionate about spreading the healing benefits of
meditation and yoga at work and at schools.
According to neuroscience, meditation is shown to be an exercise for the brain to improve individual focus and happiness. As a conscious leadership consultant and a corporate mindfulness trainer, he emphasizes on the secular scientific findings about the efficacy of meditation. This helps corporations not only improve employee productivity and engagement but also successfully manage work related mental health
issues. In his workshops, classes and 1 on 1 consultations, Raj comfortably blends modern positive psychology with ancient wisdom of the East and provides practical tips and motivations for incorporating mindful meditation in daily life.
