Ayurveda Consult - NOT just about the physical body...
Ayurveda sutras tell us the "root cause" of any physical dis-order or dis-ease lies in the subtle manomaya kosha (the mental emotional sheath).
YES…this takes time, effort, and dedication both from your side and my side. I must tell you this program is for people who are serious on changing themselves for GOOD….this is not a quick diet, not another fad, it is a commitment a work in progress for life and it is called - LIFESTYLE! :)
In my own personal life I have walked through the journey of grief, loss, depression, anxiety and have successfully regulated my hypothyroidism without any medication or hormones but by truly living an Ayurveda and Yoga lifestyle.
